Dave - as his patients and peers know him - has been practising dentistry for 20 years, with the past 16 years dedicated to implant and surgical dentistry. Dave is the founder and head dentist of Perth Dental Implant Centre, and leads Full-Arching, a training framework designed for experienced dentists who wish to expand their skills in full-arch dental implant rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Dave is a keen surfer, gym junkie, and proud husband and dad to two kids, a dog, and even a lizard—because every family needs a wild card.
Qualifications & Affiliations
David Norcross graduated from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
In 2009, he completed an Advanced Restorative Course at the North of England Dental Academy. The following year, he undertook a year-long modular course in Implant Dentistry accredited by the British Academy of Dental Implantology.
In 2013, Dave completed the Master Clinician Program in Implant Dentistry, earning certificates from both the Global Institute for Dental Education (gIDE) and UCLA.
More recently, Dave has completed clinical residencies at MALO Clinics in Melbourne, the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, and Portugal, where he trained in advanced techniques for full-arch rehabilitation using the All-on-4® method.
In his earlier career, Dr Norcross lectured and mentored for the Dental Implantology Academy (DIA) and MIS Implants. He is currently a Key Opinion Leader for Nobel Biocare and an All-on-4® Centre of Excellence provider.
Dave is also a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) and the Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID).
Perth Dental Implant Centre
Dr David Norcross is the founder of Perth Dental Implant Centre, a dedicated surgical and implant clinic in Western Australia. He also serves as Head Dentist at EVP Dental, Kelmscott Dental, and Mount Lawley Dental in Perth.
With over 16 years of clinical experience, Dr Norcross has built a strong reputation as one of Perth’s leading implant dentists. His advanced training, refined surgical skills, and commitment to achieving outstanding patient outcomes have earned him the trust of both patients and peers. Each week, he performs All-on-4® treatments, helping hundreds of patients each year regain confident, functional smiles.
Since 2021, Dr Norcross has focused his practice exclusively on full-arch immediate rehabilitation, managing complex cases involving terminal dentition and severely atrophic jaws. He is widely respected in the field for his meticulous approach, particularly in soft tissue management, to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
David is highly skilled in advanced All-on-4® techniques, including nasal crest implants, trans-sinus implants, palatal approach, and pterygoid implants.
In 2023, Dr Norcross and the team at Perth Dental Implant Centre were recognised as an All-on-4® Centre of Excellence by Nobel Biocare.
After 12 months of careful planning, David launched the Full-Arching training framework in 2024, introducing the first Advanced Full Arch Clinical Residency for dental practitioners.
David also co-hosts Perth Dental Implant Study Group alongside Nobel Biocare, delivering regular events discussing all things implant dentistry for like-minded clinicians.
My experience with the All-on-4® treatment concept began over 10 years ago. Since then, full arch implant treatment has become an obsession.

What is Full-Arching?
Full-Arching is a clinical training framework developed by Dr Dave Norcross for dental practitioners who are already experienced in dental implant placement and wish to expand or refine their skills in full-arch implant treatment.
Our advanced full-arch clinical residencies combine live surgery demonstrations, lectures, and hands-on workshops delivered over four intensive and interactive days. The programme covers all aspects of full-arch dental implant protocols—from standard All-on-4® techniques to the complex management of severely atrophic jaws.
Residencies are held in Australia (Perth and Melbourne) and Dubai, UAE. All Australian-based residencies include one or more live surgery demonstrations performed by Dr Dave Norcross. In Dubai, course delegates have the unique opportunity to treat live patients in a safe, ethical, and supervised environment.

Dubai
Our Dubai residencies offer a hands-on training format with live patient treatment. Over four days, each delegate will treat two to three full arches, putting what they learn from lectures into practice. I'm a patient, do I need any referral?
Dr Norcross is a general dentist who has restricted his practice to surgical and implant dentistry exclusively. No referral is needed to attend a consultation for dental treatment however, if you see a regular dentist, they may wish to refer you to Dr Norcross directly.
